How to make a reservation

There are two methods: official reservations and reservation agent services.

Official reservations

Restaurants that have a contract with the AutoReserve reservation system will receive direct reservations via the web.
All reservations made through AutoReserve can be managed directly on the reservation system app.

Based on the phone number listed online, we will make phone reservations or online reservations on behalf of the user.

We do not charge any fees from restaurants for reservation agent services. AutoReserve will introduce your restaurants as a recommended establishment and help increase reservations.

Ensure the collection of cancellation fees

You can make credit card registration mandatory at the time of reservation, ensuring that cancellation fees are automatically and securely collected in case of same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Question settings

AutoReserve will ask users any questions they want to know in advance and communicate them to the restaurant during the reservation call. This helps prevent missed questions or communication errors.

It is possible to specify the incoming call time.

For restaurants that prefer not to take reservation calls during busy hours, you can set the designated call reception hours, and calls will be blocked outside of those hours.

Support provided by an operator

Depending on the restaurant, the automated voice may be difficult to hear. For restaurants where handling through automated voice is challenging, we also offer support where an operator will make the call.
